Lake 5/6 at Woolpack Fishery is a 9-acre former gravel pit split by islands running almost its full length, with depths from a couple of feet on the bars down to nearly 20ft in places.
Fished as a syndicate water, it holds around 60 carp — rich in naturally-bred fish — including ten-plus individuals over 40lb alongside a strong population of thirty-pound-plus carp.
