How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the link sent to your email.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your account and profile; catches you've logged remain visible but are no longer linked to you.
I signed up but never got a confirmation email
Check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails occasionally land there. If it's still missing after a few minutes, email us at hello@carpdex.comand we'll help you get set up.
