Monument 1

Monument 1 is one of the best-known day-ticket carp lakes in the UK, holding a total stock of around 350 fish across just 8.6 acres. More than 85 of those carp are over 30lb, and 14 are over 40lb.

The lake's biggest fish, The Kraken, currently sits at 65lb 4oz, with Richie not far behind at 53lb 8oz. A pair of fish just under the 50lb mark, Houdini and Big Lenny, are tipped to break that barrier before long, and the venue continues to add further big carp to the complex.
