Delete Your Account

To delete your Carpdex account and associated data, send an email to hello@carpdex.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".

Once we've verified the request, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account credentials (email address and password)
• Your public profile and username
• Your catch logs, including species, weight, notes, and photos
• Your leaderboard entries and stats

We don't retain any of this data beyond what's required by law. If we're ever legally required to retain specific records, we'll only keep what's necessary and for no longer than required.
